Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan kesulitan mahasiswa akan keterampilan menyimak komprehensif dan kritis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak komprehensif dan kritis menggunakan metode resitasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan classroom action research. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa kelas A Sore semester 2 angkatan 2017. Teknik pengumpul data menggunakan komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung, observasi, pengukuran, dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, angket, panduan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan antara siklus pertama dan siklus kedua. Siklus pertama terjadi peningkatan menjadi 60,01% dan siklus kedua mencapai 78,50%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan penerapan metode resitasi pada mata kuliah Menyimak
Komprehensif dan Kritis dinyatakan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak mahasiswa.
Abstract
This research is based on students difficulties in comprehension and critical listening ability. This research aimed to improve comprehension and critical listening ability using the recitation method. The method of the research is classroom action research. The research subjects were class A students in semester 2 of 2017. Data collection techniques used were direct communication, indirect communication, observation, measurement, and documentation. Data collection tools used were interview guides, questionnaires, observation guides, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used comparative descriptive statistical techniques and critical analysis. The results showed a significant increase between the first and second cycles. The first cycle reached 60.01% and the second cycle reached 78.50%, it can be concluded that the implementation of the recitation method in comprehension and critical listening ability subjects can improve student listening skills. |

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan dan efektivitas buku ajar pembelajaran IPA SD untuk mahasiswa PGSD. Indikator kelayakan pakar Pembelajaran; isi, penyajian, dan kebahasaan. Indikator kelayakan pakar media; ukuran buku ajar, desain cover, dan desain isi. Indikator kelayakan dosen adalah kejelasan, kesesuaian dengan kurikulum, keutuhan penerimaan, pengaruh produk, ketepatan waktu dan kepraktisan. Tahapan penelitian R&D; studi pendahuluan, perancangan produk, validasi pakar, implementasi produk dan sosialisasi. Alat pengumpul data; angket, soal tes, dan dokumentasi. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan hitungan persentase. Data kuantitatif diujiprasyaratkan dan uji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan produk sangat baik (96,1), penilaian dari pengguna buku sangat baik (90,1). Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sebaran data normal dan tidak homogen. Sehingga uji hipotesis menggunakan uji non parametrik diperoleh nilai p-level (0.000) lebih kecil alpha artinya ada pengaruh penggunaan produk terhadap hasil belajar. Rata-rata hasil belajar sangat baik (95,31). Kesimpulannya bahwa buku ajar mata kuliah pembelajaran IPA di SD sudah layak dan efektif untuk diimplementasikan.
Abstract
The aim of the study was to assess the feasibility of textbooks for science learning courses in Primary schools for college students in the PGSD. Indicators of the feasibility of science learning are content, presentation, and language. Feasibility indicators by media experts are the size of textbooks, cover design, and content design. Feasibility indicators for lecturers were clarity, suitability with the curriculum, integrity of acceptance, product influence, timeliness, and practicality. The research stages of R&D were preliminary studies, product design, expert validation, product implementation, and product socialization. An instrument for data collection was questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed by percentage and quantitative data would be tested and hypotheses tested. The results of the study showed that the experts assessment of the product was in very good (96.1), and the assessment of the lecturer and college students as users of the textbook was very good (90.1). the results of product implementation show normal and not homogeneous data distribution. So that the hypothesis test uses the non-parametric and obtained the p-level (0.000) less than alpha, this means that there is an influence of product use on learning outcomes. The average score of the learning outcomes was very good (95.31). The conclusion is that the textbooks of science learning courses in primary schools are feasible to be implemented and used.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons siswa terhadap praktikum pembuatan permen nanas (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.). Implementasi metode praktikum memberikan contoh nyata penggunaan bahan tumbuhan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi. Pengukuran respons siswa terhadap praktikum pembuatan permen nanas menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa angket respons serta penilaian sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan siswa saat melakukan praktikum. Pernyataan pada angket repons siswa terdiri dari pernyataan positif dan negatif berjumlah 12 pernyataan. Hasil respons siswa terhadap praktikum pembuatan permen nanas pada submateri peran tumbuhan di bidang ekonomi memperoleh persentase rata-rata 83,33% dan termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Respons didukung oleh nilai sikap siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 92,06 termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan nilai keterampilan siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 88,27 dan termasuk kategori sangat tinggi.
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the students responses toward the practicum for
making pineapple (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) candy. The Implementation of
practicum method provides a real example of the use of plant ingredients to increase the economy. Measurement of students’ responses toward the practicum in making pineapple candy used a quantitative descriptive research and questionnaire for collecting the data and affective, psychomotor, and cognitive assessment of students during practicum. The Statements on students response questionnaire consisted of positive and negative statements amounted to 12 statements. The result of students’ responses towards the practicum in making pineapple candy on the sub-material of the role of the plant in the economic field obtained an average percentage of 83.33% and included the “very high” category. This response was supported by the affective value of students with an average score of 92.06 including the “very high” category,
psychomotor rank with an average rating of 88.27, and “very high” category and cognitive assessment reach 100% with minimal comprehensive criteria 78 with an average of 87.05 which was also “very high”.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi serbuk buah mengkudu dan serbuk kulit daun lidah buaya sebagai antiulser terhadap tukak lambung tikus Wistar jantan yang diinduksi aspirin. Hewan uji dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol normal/KN (akuades), kontrol negatif/K- (aspirin 90 g/kgBB), P1 (serbuk 0,27 g/kgBB), P2 (serbuk 0,54 g/kgBB) dan P3 (serbuk 0,81 g/kgBB). Induksi aspirin satu kali sehari selama 14 hari. Kombinasi serbuk diberikan pada hari ke-15 hingga ke-30. Tukak lambung diamati secara makroskopik pada hari ke-3 dan dinilai skor jumlah tukak dan skor diameter tukak serta dihitung indeks tukak lambung tiap kelompok. Data dianalisis dengan One-Way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks tukak P2 (3,60) dan P3 (2,80) berbeda signifikan dengan indeks tukak K- (7,50). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa seduhan kombinasi serbuk buah mengkudu dan kulit daun lidah buaya kelompok P2 dan P3 memiliki potensi sebagai antiulser dengan nilai indeks tukak lambung lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan hasil
kontrol negatif.
Abstract
This research aimed at investigating the effect of the combination of noni fruit and aloe vera leaf powder as an antiulcer. This combination is given orally to male Wistar rats. The gastric ulcer in rats is induced by aspirin orally. Animals test were divided into five different groups: normal control (aqua dest), negative control (aspirin 90 g/kg BW), P1 (0.27 g/kg BW), P2 (0.54 g/kg BW), and P3 (0.81 g/kg BW). Aspirin induction was given once in a day for 14 days for all groups. Powder combinations for PI, P2, and P3 were given from the 15th to the 30th day. Gastric ulcer was observed macroscopically on day 3 and scored the amount of ulcer and ulcer diameter. Using these two scores, the ulcer index was then calculated. Data obtained was analyzed by using One-Way ANOVA statistics. The result of this research showed that the ulcer index scores of the P2 group (3.60) and P3 group (2.80) were significantly different from the score of gastric ulcers in the negative control (7.50). Based on this result, it is concluded that the combination of noni fruit and aloe vera leaf powder in the P2 and P3 groups has an antiulcer effect with a smaller gastric ulcer value index compared to the gastric ulcer value in the negative control. |

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan powerpoint interaktif organ tumbuhan sebagai media pembelajaran yang berisi informasi dari hasil analisis ukuran dan tipe stomata tanaman di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian menggunakan
deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen validasi, untuk ahli materi berisi 3 aspek dan 7 kriteria, sedangkan untuk ahli media berisi 6 aspek dan 10 kriteria. Proses validasi dilakukan oleh tiga orang ahli materi dengan hasil validasi yaitu Rata-rata total validasi (RTVTK) sebesar 3,45 dan tiga orang ahli media dengan hasil validasi yaitu RTVTK sebesar 3,70. Baik validasi materi maupun media secara keseluruhan powerpoint interaktif dengan menggunakan informasi dari hasil analisis ukuran dan tipe stomata tanaman di Kota Pontianak layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada sub materi organ tumbuhan di kelas XI SMA.
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the feasibility of an interactive PowerPoint of the plant of organs as learning media which have been contained information from the analysis of the size and type of plant stomata in Pontianak City. This research was quantitative descriptive research. The data were collected using a validation instrument, material experts contained 3 aspects and 7 criteria, and media experts contained 6 aspects and 10 criteria. The validation process was done by three persons of material experts with a validation result of Average Total Validity (RTVTK) was 3.45 and three-person of media experts with a validation result of RTVTK was 3.70. Both material and media validation overall, interactive PowerPoint by using information from the analysis of the size and type of plant stomata in Pontianak was feasible to be used in the learning process on the plant of organs in sub-material in grade XI SMA. |

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the feasibility of an interactive CD as a learning medium on sub-materials plant organs in grade XI. This research used a descriptive method. Making interactive CD was done by inserting text, images, audio, animation, and video media using Adobe Flash Professional CC 2015 applications. Media validation was carried out by six validators consisting of three material experts and three media experts. The material expert consisted of one lecturer of biology education and two biology teachers who used the KTSP curriculum. Media experts consisted of two lecturers and teachers of Information and Communication Technology. Interactive CD validation by expert material obtained an RTVtk of 3.63, while validation by media experts obtained an RTVtk of 3.72. The validation results showed that interactive CD media was suitable for use in the learning process in the plant organs. |

Kemampuan dalam memecahkan masalah merupakan kemampuan yang sangat diperlukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari atau dalam pekerjaan. Pembelajaran semestinya memberikan akses kepada peserta didik untuk memiliki pengalaman-pengalaman belajar yang memberikan kesempatan pada proses pemecahan masalah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan pemecahan masalah melalui pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal pada calon guru Biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus. Masing- masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan rata-rata keterampilan pemecahan masalah dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 sebesar 3,13. Peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah pada kelima aspek, yaitu: aspek keterampilan mengevaluasi masalah sebesar 0,37; mengelola masalah 0,32; mengambil keputusan 1,00; pemecahan masalah 0,76; dan mengevaluasi kesimpulan 0,67. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah pada calon guru Biologi.
Abstract
Problem-solving ability is a fundamental ability that is indispensable in daily life or at work. Learning should give learners access to learning experiences that provide an opportunity for problem-solving processes. The aim of this research was to determine problem-solving skills through local potential-based learning in biology teacher candidates. The research method was classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of three stages planning, action, observation, and reflection. The tool of data collection was of observation sheet. The result of this study showed that problem-solving skills increased in the 1st cycle to the 2nd cycle was 3.13. Improving problem-solving skills in the five aspects of skills were: aspects of evaluating the problems at 0.37; managing problems at 0.32; taking decisions at 1.00; problem-solving at 0.76; and evaluating conclusions at 0.67. It can be concluded that local potential-based learning can improve problem-solving skills in biology teacher candidates. |

Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Siswa dibagi dalam kelompok kerja dan diberikan arahan dengan bantuan media leaflet. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket dengan 12 pernyataan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan respons siswa tergolong sangat tinggi.

This study aimed to determine students responses to the practicum of making ginger syrup by implementing the practicum method in the sub-material of roles of the plant in the economic field. Students were divided into groups and were directed by using a media leaflet. The subject of the research was the students of grade X of SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak. The research method was descriptive and quantitative. The data were collected by using a questionnaire instrument with 12 statements on a Likert scale. The results showed students responses were very high. |

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan video tutorial sebagai mediapembelajaran untuk membantu kegiatan pembuatan donat jahe (Zingiber officinale var. officinale) pada submateri peran tumbuhan di bidang ekonomi.Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantittatif. Instrumen validasi video tutorial oleh ahli media terdiri dari 8 aspek dan 15 kriteria, sedangkan validasi oleh ahli materi terdiri dari 3 aspek dan 10 kriteria. Kelayakan video tutorial pembuatan donat jahe divalidasi oleh 3 orang ahli materi dengan hasil validasi yaitu RTV TK sebesar 3,92 dan 3 orang ahli media dengan hasil validasi yaitu RTV TK sebesar 3,44 yang termasuk dalam kategori valid. Sehingga secara keseluruhan video tutorial pembuatan donat jahe layak untuk digunakan (LD) sebagai media untuk membantu pembelajaran dalam pembuatan donatjahe pada submateri peran tumbuhan di bidang ekonomi.
Abstract
This research aimed to determine the feasibility of video tutorials as a learning medium to assist the activities of making ginger donuts (Zingi ber Officinale varofficinale) in the sub-material roles of plants in the economic field. This research uses the descriptive quantitative method. Validation instrument video tutorial by media experts consists of 8 aspects and 15 criteria, while validation by material experts consists of 3 aspects and 10 criteria. The eligibility of a video tutorial on making a ginger (Zingiber officinale var Officinale) donut was validated by 3material experts with a validation result of RTV TK was 3.92 and 3 media experts with a validation result of RTV TK was 3.44 included in “valid” category. Overall, the video tutorial on making donut ginger was feasible to use (LD) as a learning medium to consist of making ginger donuts on the sub-material of plant role in the economic field. |

Belajar biologi akan lebih mudah dan jelas jika objek yang sedang dipelajaridapat diamati secara langsung. Oleh karenanya diperlukan media pembelajaranuntuk membantu memperjelas pesan pembelajaran. Penelitian bertujuan untukmengetahui kelayakan film dokumenter pembuatan bingka pepaya submateri peran tumbuhan di bidang ekonomi berdasarkan penilaian validator. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan perhitungan RTV TK. Validasi media film dokumenter dilakukan oleh ahli materi yang terdiri dari 2 orang guru dan 1 orang dosen dengan 10 kriteria penilaian serta ahli media yang terdiri dari 2 orang dosen dan 1 orang guru dengan 15 kriteria penilaian. Hasil validasi media film dokumenter menunjukkan bahwa RTVTK ahli materi sebesar 3,9 sedangkan RTV TK ahli media sebesar 3,3. Film dokumenter layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran submateri peranan tumbuhan di bidang ekonomi kelas X SMA dengan kategori valid.
Abstract
Learning biology will be easier and more clearly if the object being studied can be observed directly. Therefore, is required learning media to help clarify learning messages. This research aimed to know the feasibility of a documentary film of making papaya bingka on sub chapter role of plants in economics according to the validators decision. Feasibility testing of documentary film using quantitative descriptive research and data analysis with RTV TK calculation. Validation of the documentary film was done by material experts consisting of 2 teachers and 1 lecturer with 10 assessment criteria and media experts consisting of 2 lecturers and 1 teacher with 15 assessment criteria. The validation result of the documentary film indicated that the RTV TK of a material expert was 3.9 and the RTVTK of a media expert was 3.3 so the documentary was valid to be used as a medium learning on the subchapter role of plants in the economy and categorized valid. |

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kevalidan media pembelajaran PowerPoint integrasi GeoGebra yang dihasilkan; (2) Keefektifan media pembelajaran PowerPoint integrasi GeoGebra yang dihasilkan; dan (3) Kepraktisan media pembelajaran PowerPoint integrasi GeoGebra yang dihasilkan.Metode penelitian menggunakan research and development. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ASSURE. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMK PGRI Pontianak. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi ahli materi, ahli media, angket respon siswa, dan tes kemampuan representasi matematis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh skor rata-rata kevalidan materi 113 dengan kategori sangat baik, skor rata-rata kevalidan media 84,67 dengan kategori sangat baik, kepraktisan 77,92% dengan kategoripraktis, dan keefektifan 78,26% dengan kategori efektif. Disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran PowerPoint integrasi GeoGebra yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis dalam materi refleksi pada siswa kelas XI SMK PGRI Pontianak.
Abstract
This research aimed to know: (1) the validity of GeoGebra integration PowerPointlearning media; (2) the effectiveness of GeoGebra integration PowerPoint learning media; and (3) the practicality of GeoGebra integration PowerPoint learning media. This research used the research and development method. The development model used the ASSURE. The subject of this research was student class XI in SMK PGRIPontianak. The tools of data collection were the validation sheet of material experts, media experts, student responses questionnaires, and mathematical representation ability tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative. The result of this research showed that the average score of material validity was 113 with the very good category, the average score of media validity was84.67 with the very good category, the practicality was 77,92% with the practical category, and the effectiveness was 78,26% with effective category. It can be concluded that GeoGebra integration PowerPoint learning media was developed that was feasible to use to improve the ability of mathematical representation in reflection materials in students of class XI SMK PGRI Pontianak. |
